摘要
本文采用有限元方法对内燃机车车体的动态性能进行分析,计算结果与实测有较好的吻合。针对车体结构模态密集、振型复杂的特点,作者提出了车体振型分类相危险共振转速判别的方法,有助于在车体动态性能分析中抓住主要特征和问题,并指出,在进行车体动态性能分析时,必须考虑设备重量;对弹性安装的柴油机要采用弹性支承计算模型。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyse the dynamic properties of a diesel locomotive body. The calculation results coincide fairly well with measurement. A classification of the vibration modes and a distinguishing method for the dangerous resonance rotational speed are proposed in accordance with the dynamic characteristics of the body structure, i. e. the denseness and complexity of the vibration modes. It is pointed out that when analysing the dynamic properties of a locomotive body, the weight of equipments should be taken into consideration and that for an elastically mounted diesel, the 'elastic supporting model' should be used.
