摘要
目的 通过分析听力补偿对聋儿言语清晰度的影响,分析其语音获得情况及易出现的错误,提出听觉言语训练建议,为提高聋儿语音的获得、提高言语清晰度,更科学地开展语训工作提供一定依据。方法 受试30名聋儿来自同一康复机构, 选取平均年龄4.7岁配戴助听器的聋儿,男14名,女16名进行研究,控制年龄、性别、发音器官障碍、智力、耳聋程度等变量。用言语清晰度和语音测试行业标准对被试者进行测试,按听力补偿的时间、开始训练时间、补偿程度的不同分组进行比较,并进行统计学方差分析。结果 听力补偿时间的早晚和补偿程度、开始训练时间均和言语清晰度、语音获得呈显著相关(P<0.05)或极其显著相关(P<0.01)。结论 聋儿早配助听器、早期开始训练及良好的助听效果可提高聋儿的言语清晰度和语音的获得。
Objevtive By analyzing the relationship between hearing aid fitting and speech articulation, the result was significantto improve phonetic acquisition, speech articulation and helpful in speech training. Method All cases were from the same rehabilitationcenter and divided in to two groups according to the differences of hearing aid fitting time and aided threshold. They all have been donespeech articulation test and consonant and vowel identification test. Statistical analysis was carried out. Result The hearing aid fittingtime and aided threshold had marked correlation with the speech articulation and phonetic acquisition(P<0.05 or P<0.01) ConclusionEarly hearing aid fitting and effective aided result can improve speech articulation and phonetic acquisition in deaf children. '
