摘要
为了实现沈农系列超级稻品种高产和优质的结合,以沈阳农业大学水稻研究所培育的130份粳稻新品系为试材,对粳稻粒型和品质相关性状进行分析,研究粒型与加工、外观、营养和食味性状的相互关系,结果表明:供试的粳稻新品系是研究粒型和品质性状的良好材料;相关分析表明,粒宽与各品质性状相关密切,而粒长与各品质性状的相关性均未达到显著水平;适当加大粒宽有利于提高加工品质和改良营养食味品质;垩白粒率和垩白度有随粒宽增加变多的趋势,影响外观品质,但供试材料中存在部分品系长宽比较小同时垩白粒率和垩白度较少。可见提高粒宽是提高沈农系列高产新品系粳稻品质的重要方式之一。
Japonica super rice varieties, represented by Shennong series varieties, have achieved the goal of high-yielding. And at the same time, It attracted much attention to achieve the combination of high yield and good quality at higher levels. For analysis on the relationships between grain type and quality traits, 130 Shennong japonica rice new lines were used. And the main conclusions were as follows: The relationships between the grain type traits and processing, appearance, nutrition,palatability traits showed that the japonica rice strains were the good material for the grain type and quality traits research. The results shown that there was close relationship between the grain width and the quality traits, but there was no significant correlation between the grain length and the quality traits. Appropriately increased the grain width could help improve the indicators of the processing quality, and also improve the nutrition and eating quality. So improving the grain width was an important way to improve the grain quality.
