摘要
优化龙眼壳总黄酮提取工艺并对龙眼壳总黄酮体外抗肿瘤活性进行初步研究。采用乙醇回流提取方法提取龙眼壳总黄酮,在单因素分析的基础上行正交试验,结果表明:乙醇体积分数85%,加热回流提取温度70℃,料液比为1∶15(g/mL),加热回流提取次数为3次时为最佳提取工艺,此时龙眼壳总黄酮提取物得率约为4.17%,该提取物中总黄酮含量约为64.77%。体外试验表明龙眼壳总黄酮提取物可显著抑制卵巢癌SKOV3细胞和宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长,并呈现一定的浓度和时间依赖性。
Extraction process condition was optimized and the antitumor activity in vitro of Longan shell flavonoids was studied.On the basis of single factor experiments, orthogonal test was used. The optimal condi-tions of extraction were obtained as follows: alcohol volume fraction 85 %, 3 times of extraction, extraction temperature 70℃, the ratio of material and liquid 1∶15 (g/mL).The yield of longan shell flavonoids extracts was about 4.17%, the total content of flavonoids in the extracts was about 64.77%.In vitro, the results showed that longan shell flavonoids significantly inhibited the growth of SKOV3 and Hela cells, and showed a certain con-centration and time dependence.
