摘要
目的:观察小针刀疗法结合饮食控制治疗三叉神经痛急性发作加重的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将三叉神经痛患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用小针刀结合饮食控制,对照组只采用小针刀治疗。小针刀治疗每7日进行1次,治疗2次。饮食控制,治疗期间完全控制动物蛋白的摄入(鱼、肉、蛋、奶)。结果:治疗3个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05):治疗后VAS评分比较,治疗组较对照组恢复明(P <0. 05)。结论:小针刀结合饮食控制治疗三叉神经痛具有更显著的临床疗效。
Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect of small needle knife therapy combined with diet control aggravate acute treatment trigeminal neuralgia and explore its mechanism.Methods:60 case of trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,treatment group were treated with small needle knife therapy,diet control.the control group was treated with small needle knife therapy.small needle knife treatment every 7 days for 1 times,2 times for a course of treatment,complete control of animal protein(fish,meat,eggs,milk)intake during the period of treatment,Results:after 3 courses of treatment,the treatment group the total efficiency was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05):VAS score after treatment,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),recovery,conclusion:small needle knife therapy combined with diet control has more significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
