摘要
运用IE理论对某企业的大型磨机生产程序进行了系统分析,提出了改进方案,调整平面布置和设施布置,改造物料搬运系统。其目的是为企业寻求一种少投入的枝术改造方法,为企业技术改造决策提供科学依据。
The paper systematically analyzes the large nil] production line process of a enterprise by use of IE theory , puts forward a improving plan, adjusts the plane layout and equipment arrangement and improves material transporting system, the aim of which is to find out a technically improving method with less investment, and to provide scientific basis for making policy in a enterprise
