摘要
目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合利尿剂治疗冠心病心衰的有效性。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月在我院进行治疗的冠心病心衰患者84例,随机分为2组各42例,对照组应用利尿剂进行治疗,研究组应用芪苈强心胶囊联合利尿剂进行治疗。比较2组患者中西医各项指标改善情况、有效性、心功能指标、血液黏度。结果研究组中西医各项指标改善情况优于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组治疗有效性高于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组心排血指数高于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组每搏量高于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组射血分数高于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组血液黏度低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在冠心病心衰治疗中,芪苈强心胶囊联合利尿剂的疗效理想,应该在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with diuretics in the treatment of coronary heart failure heart failure. Methods 84 patients with CHD heart failure who were treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with diuretics,and the study group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with diuretics. The indicators improvement,effectiveness,cardiac function indexes and blood viscosity was compared. Result The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The team cardiac blood index of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The stroke volume of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).The left entricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The blood viscosity of the study group was lower than that the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of CHD heart failure,the curative effect of Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with diuretics is ideal and should be widely used in clinic.
