摘要
面向大规模相控阵雷达天线子阵设计的高集成、多通道和低成本需求,设计了一种波控系统。该波控系统以分级架构的途径,通过单个波控单元对上千个天线单元收发通道参数的单独控制,实现大规模相控阵雷达系统的波控。设计中,波控单元单板集成了数字波控和射频功分功能,使用单片K7系列现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现数据解码、分发和时序控制。通过三维立体叠层装配方式,选择超小型推式(SSMP)盲配互联和小型混装弹性互联的方式,以及光纤实现控制参数的接收和回传,提高了有源阵面的系统集成度,优化了阵面体积和重量。
For the requirements such as high integration,multi-channel and low-cost of antenna sub-arrays design in large-scale phased array radar,this paper designs a wave control system.This wave control system adopts a hierarchical architecture approach,and achieves the wave control of large-scale phased array radar systems by individually controlling the parameters of thousands of antenna unit transmission and reception channels through a single wave control unit.In the design,functions of digital wave control and RF power division are integrated to the board of wave control unit,and a single K7 series field progammable gate array(FPGA)is used for data decoding,distribution and timing control.By using a three-dimensional stacked assembly method,the mode of super subminiature push(SSMP)blind matching interconnection and small hybrid elastic interconnection is seleted,and optical fibers are used to receive and transmit control parameters,which improves the system integration of the active array,and optimizes the volume and weight of the array.
