摘要
能源变革是生产力进步的战略先导,新能源是新质生产力的重要构成。在新一轮科技革命和低碳经济转型的背景下,我国新能源产业成为占领国际技术制高点和绿色低碳发展的重要依托。以新能源技术为代表的能源科技不断突破,推动新能源产业快速发展、催生新业态、融合化石能源生产领域绿色低碳转型并促进能源系统重构,为新质生产力的发展提供产业载体。以新能源促进新质生产力发展,应进一步发挥能源科技创新的引领作用,强化能源技术创新能力,以技术融合带动产业融合和业务融合,加快构建新型能源体系,为新能源发展创造良好的生态环境和制度环境。
Energy reform is the strategic precursor of productivity progress,new energy is an important component of new quality productivity.Under the background of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and low-carbon economic transformation,new energy has become an important support for occupying the international technological and moral commanding heights of green development.Continuous advancements in energy science and technology,represented by new energy technology,promote the rapid development of new energy industry,generate new forms of business,promote the low carbonization and high efficiency of fossil energy production,and promote the reconstruction of the energy system,providing industrial carrier for the development of new quality productivity.To promote the development of new quality productivity with new energy,we should further play the leading role of energy scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the ability of energy technology innovation,drive industrial integration and business integration with technology integration,accelerate the construction of new energy system to create ecological and institutional environment for developing new energy.
