摘要
目的:建立微波消解-原子荧光光度法测定代用茶中砷和汞含量的方法。方法:以微波消解法处理样品,原子荧光光度法进行测定。结果:本方法测定砷的平均回收率为93.38%,精密度为2.1%;汞的平均回收率为92.86%,精密度为3.8%。测定的20种代用茶中砷含量在0.06~0.90 mg·kg^(-1),汞含量在0~0.15 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于测定代用茶中砷和汞的含量,为代用茶相关标准中砷、汞的限量指标的制定提供一定的参考。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of arsenic and mercury in alternative tea by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Method:The samples were processed by microwave digestion and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Result:The average recovery of arsenic was 93.38%and RSD was 2.1%.The average recovery of mercury was 92.86%and RSD was 3.8%.The content of arsenic and mercury in 20 kinds of substitute tea were 0.06~0.90 mg·kg^(-1) and 0~0.15 mg·kg^(-1) respectively.Conclusion:The method is rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of arsenic and mercury in substitute tea,which provides a reference for the establishment of a new standard.
