摘要
琼州海峡海床复杂,电缆采用抛石堆埋等方式敷设于海床。作为我国重要的船舶通行航道,存在船舶抛锚搁浅割裂海缆的风险。为了提前干预海缆保护区,本研究利用航标建立智能船舶干预平台,并建立“海事监控+智能海缆应急支持与决策系统”。基于5G基站平台,本研究打造了多光谱油膜智能识别船舶搁浅干预风险库和激光雷达海上船舶警示干预体系,以实现快速识别预警并建立实时船舶风险干预的战略目标。这将有助于进一步避免海缆外力破坏风险,提升海缆船舶应急处置能力。
The seabed of the Qiongzhou Strait is complex,and cables are laid on the seabed using methods like stone-dumping burial.As an important navigational channel in China,there is a risk of ships anchoring and grounding,which can lead to cable damage.In order to proactively intervene in the cable protection zone,this study utilizes navigation marks to establish an intelligent ship intervention platform.Furthermore,a"maritime monitoring+intelligent cable emergency support and decision-making system"is developed.Based on a 5G base station platform,this research builds a multi-spectral oil film intelligent recognition system for ship grounding intervention risks and a laser radar maritime ship warning and intervention system.This aims to achieve rapid identification and early warning,and establish real-time ship risk intervention as a strategic objective.This will help further mitigate the risk of external damage to the cable and enhance the emergency response capability for cable and ship incidents.
