摘要
针对汽车生产废水含脱脂、磷化、电泳等废水废液,成分复杂、可生化性差、水质差异大的特点,以湖南某汽车生产车间废水处理项目为例,分析进水水质情况,脱脂废水进行脱脂预处理;磷化废水化学沉淀除磷;电泳废液进行高级氧化提高可生化性。预处理后废水集中收集后经“AO+MBR”生化工艺处理,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中三级排放标准,设计工况下总运行费用为6.15元/m3。工程对该工业园区复杂废水处理的设计具有参考和借鉴作用。
According to the characteristics of automobile production wastewater containing degreasing wastewater,phosphating wastewater and electrophoresis waste liquid,such as complex composition,poor biodegradability and large difference in water quality,the wastewater treatment project of an automobile production workshop in Hunan Province is taken as an example to analyze the inlet water quality,degreasing wastewater pretreatment;Phosphorus removal by chemical precipitation of phosphating wastewater;Advanced oxidation of electrophoretic waste solution to improve biodegradability;After the pretreatment,the wastewater is collected centrally and treated by the biochemical process of"AO+MBR".The effluent reaches the level 3 discharge standard of"Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996).The total operating cost under the design condition is 6.15 yuan/m3.This project has a good reference for similar design of automobile production wastewater or complex wastewater treatment in industrial parks.
