摘要
目的 分析腹股沟疝患者应用腹腔镜经腹膜前修补术的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年2月东台市人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患者148例,按计算机随机分组法分为对照组(n=74)、研究组(n=74)。对照组患者实施腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗,而研究组患者实施腹腔镜经腹膜前修补术治疗。比较分析两组患者的各项时间指标、术中出血量、并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,研究组患者手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间、正常活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,且术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后研究组腹股沟疝患者的并发症总发生率为2.70%,低于对照组的10.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.861,P<0.05)。结论 对于腹股沟疝患者而言,与充填式无张力疝修补术治疗手段相比,应用腹腔镜经腹膜前修补术的临床效果更为显著,术中出血量较少,能够缩短术后恢复时间、缓解疼痛、术后安全性较高,可帮助患者尽早出院。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic preperitoneal repair in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 148 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Dongtai People´s Hospital from January 2021 to Feb⁃ruary 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=74)and study group(n=74)according to computer random⁃ization method.The control group was treated with inguinal hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair,while the study group was treated with laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair.The time indexes,intraoperative blood loss and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the operation time,postopera⁃tive pain duration,normal activity time and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of inguinal hernia patients in the postoperative study group was 2.70%,lower than 10.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.861,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with inguinal hernia,compared with filling tension-free herniorrhaphy,the clinical effect of laparoscopic preperitoneal repair is more significant,and the intraoperative blood loss is less.It can shorten postoperative recovery time,relieve pain,have high postoperative safety,and help patients leave hospital as soon as possible.
