摘要
随着新世纪的到来,在现代信息技术的推动下,为成人教育教学范式改革提供了良好机遇,并且也在教学形式和教学内容方面对成人教育带来了一定挑战。现阶段,人类社会逐渐向数字化迈进,依托互联网平台和新一代信息通信技术的数字化教学方式成为成人教育改革的重要路径,通过推进成人教育教学数字化改革进程能够切实提升成人教育办学质量,促进社会主义现代化建设人才培养。通过探讨成人教育教学范式数字化改革的实际策略,引导成人教育顺应教育现代化的发展形势。
With the advent of the new century,modern information technology has provided a good opportunity for the reform of adult education,and also brought certain challenges in terms of teaching forms and teaching contents.At this stage,human society is gradually moving towards digitalization,and digital teaching methods relying on the Internet platform and new generation information and communication technology have become an important path for adult education reform.By promoting the process of digital reform of adult education teaching,we can effectively improve the quality of adult education and promote the cultivation of talents for socialist modernization.In view of this,this paper firstly expounds the current situation of adult education teaching,secondly makes a systematic demonstration of the theoretical basis of digital reform of adult education,and finally discusses the practical strategies of digital reform of poor adult education teaching paradigm on this basis,so as to guide adult education to be able to conform to the development situation of education modernization.
