摘要
目的探讨医护一体化护理干预在儿童流行性腮腺炎中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年12月收治的80例儿童流行性腮腺炎患儿作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受医护一体化护理干预,比较两组患儿疗效、症状消退时间、情绪状态、护理依从性、后遗症发生率等。结果与对照组的总有效率相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高(95.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05);观察组腺体疼痛缓解时间、腮腺消退时间、发热消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);比较护理前CITSEA评分,组间差异无显著性,护理后,观察组CITSEA评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组非常依从率高于对照组(77.50%vs.50.00%),部分依从率低于对照组(12.50%vs.37.50%),P<0.05;观察组后遗症发生率较对照组更低(2.50%vs.22.50%,P<0.05)。结论儿童流行性腮腺炎患儿接受医护一体化护理干预,能让其保持良好情绪状态,更好的配合此次护理诊治,达到促进康复、提升疗效、降低后遗症发生的目的。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing intervention in children with mumps.Methods Eighty children with mumps admitted from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received integrated medical and nursing intervention.The curative effect,symptom resolution time,emotional state,nursing compliance,and the incidence of sequelae of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(95.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05).The pain relief time,parotid gland regression time and fever regression time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the CITSEA score before nursing,P>0.05.After nursing,the CITSEA score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of extraordinary compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(77.50%vs.50.00%),and the rate of partial compliance was lower than that in the control group(12.50%vs.37.50%,P<0.05).The incidence of sequelae in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.50%vs.22.50%,P<0.05.Conclusion Children with mumps can maintain a good emotional state,better cooperate with this nursing diagnosis and treatment,and achieve the purpose of promoting rehabilitation,improving curative effect,and reducing the incidence of sequelae by receiving integrated medical and nursing intervention.
