摘要
我国正致力于建设学习型社会,学习成为当代成人最迫切的需求。日新月异的社会对成人教育提出了新的要求。服务学习作为一种将服务和学习融合在一起的教学方式,具有目标全面性、内容实践性、过程反思性、结果互惠性等特征。服务学习贴合成人学习的需求,对于改进和优化成人教育教学具有显著的价值和意义。优化成人教学需要兼顾多方需求,制定教学目标;设计服务课程,更新教育内容;贯穿反思活动,丰富教学过程;构建长效互动机制,提升教学效果。
China is committed to building a learning society,learning has become the most urgent need of contemporary adults.The rapidly changing society has put forward new requirements for adult education.As a teaching method that integrates service and learning,service learning has the characteristics of comprehensive goal,practical content,process reflection and reciprocity of results.Service learning meets people s learning needs,and has significant value and significance in improving and optimizing adult education and teaching.In order to optimize adult teaching from the perspective of service learning,it is necessary to take into account various needs to formulate teaching objectives;design service courses to update educational content;conduct reflective activities to enrich the teaching process;and construct a long-term interactive mechanism to improve the teaching effect.
