摘要
目的探究为剖宫产产妇提供麻醉护理干预对术后镇痛和母乳喂养的影响。方法选取2021年1月至12月在解放军陆军第80集团军医院进行剖宫产分娩的86例产妇为观察对象,通过随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组采取麻醉护理干预。对比两组术后不同时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、哺乳相关指标、护理满意度及纯母乳喂养率。结果研究组术后各时点的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组初次哺乳时间早于对照组,24 h哺乳次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度及纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉护理干预可有效缓解剖宫产产妇术后疼痛情况,提高母乳喂养率和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of anaesthesia nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia and breastfeeding in cesarean section women.Methods A total of 86 cases of women who underwent cesarean section in the 80th Army Group Hospital of PLA from January to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into the control group and the study group by random drawing method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received anesthesia nursing intervention.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points after operation,la ctation related indicators,nursing satisfaction and exclusive breastfeeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at different time points of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first lactation time of the study group was earlier than that of the control group,and the number of lactation at 24 h was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain after cesarean section,improve the rate of breastfeeding and nursing satisfaction in women undergoing cesarean section.
