激光扫描仪支架动态性能优化设计

摘要 为了探究堆垛机所搭载的激光扫描仪支架系统动态性能,文中针对堆垛机所搭载SZ-16V型激光扫描仪的支架结构优化设计,利用Ansys有限元分析软件对支架系统开展模态和谐响应分析,原支架存在弯曲刚度不足导致一阶固有频率过低的问题,且一阶固有频率与激光扫描仪工作频率接近,造成支架自由端最大振幅达到0.733mm,易引发激光扫描仪误报警及光学组件损坏的情况。采用设置加强筋增强支架弯曲刚度的方法对支架进行优化设计;与下横梁固定的安装孔均匀设置在安装面,预留3个安装孔,形成可靠的面接触;考虑焊接工艺实施,采用平行设置的加强筋,并筛选出加强筋最优间距尺寸,对优化结果进行验证后,其结果表明:将钣金厚度降低为3 mm,在不增加支架质量的基础上,一阶固有频率提升327.97%;在0~50 Hz外界低频激励力作用下自由端最大位移较原支架系统降低522.57%。 To explore the dynamic performance of the laser scanner support system on the stacker,and to optimize the structure of the SZ-16V laser scanner support system on the stacker,Ansys finite element analysis software is used to analyze the modal harmony response of the support system.The original bracket’s first-order natural frequency is too low due to insufficient bending stiffness,and the first-order natural frequency is close to the working frequency of the laser scanner,resulting in the maximum amplitude of the bracket’s free end reaching 0.733 mm,which easily leads to false alarm of the laser scanner and damage of optical components.The bending stiffness of the bracket is enhanced by setting reinforcing ribs to optimize the design of the bracket.The mounting holes fixed with the lower cross beam are uniformly arranged on the mounting surface,and three mounting holes are reserved to form reliable surface contact;considering the welding,reinforcing ribs are arranged in parallel,and the optimal spacing size of reinforcing ribs is determined.The optimization results show that the first-order natural frequency is increased by 327.97%by reducing the thickness of sheet metal to 3 mm without increasing the support mass;the maximum displacement of the free end is 522.57%lower than that of the original bracket system under the external low-frequency excitation of 0-50 Hz.
