摘要
通过收集上海市杨浦区中医医院中成药处方集所列的215种中成药说明书,对说明书上孕妇的用药信息标注进行梳理、汇总、分析,通过查阅2020年版《中国药典》,找出孕妇使用该药禁用、忌用、慎用的理论依据,并总结孕妇使用中成药的注意事项,为临床合理用药提供参考,保障孕妇用药的安全性。
We collected the instructions of 215 kinds of Chinese patent medicines listed in the prescription collection of Chinese patent medicines in Yangpu District Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shanghai and the medication information for pregnant women labeled on the instructions was sorted out,summarized and analyzed.The theoretical basis for the prohibition,contraindication and caution for pregnant women in the use of these medicines was identified by reviewing the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and their precautions were also summarized so as to provide reference for clinically rational use of these medicines and ensure the safety of medication for pregnant women.
