摘要 不同于传统煤电行业大气污染治理先高温脱硝再低温除尘的工艺思路,通过对高温材料、SCR系统布置、一体化装置气流均布及催化剂选型的研发,开发高温除尘脱硝一体化技术,有效解决目前高尘SCR脱硝带来催化剂寿命短、占地面积大、运行成本高等问题,推进烟气治理工艺的革新。经山东某废液焚烧炉示范工程的测试,表明高温除尘脱硝一体化装置出口的粉尘排放浓度为3.2 mg/m^(3),NO_(x)排放浓度为18 mg/m^(3),运行阻力为1102 Pa,可实现烟尘和NO_(x)的超低排放,为高温烟气除尘脱硝一体化的超低排放的研发及应用提供了参考。 Different from the traditional process idea of high-temperature denitrification and then low-temperature dust removal for air pollution control in the coal power industry,this paper studied the development of high-temperature materials,SCR system layout,airflow uniformity of integrated devices and catalyst selection.The development of high-temperature dust removal and denitrification integrated technology is effective.It solves the problems of short catalyst life,large floor space and high operating cost caused by high-dust SCR denitration,and promotes the innovation of flue gas treatment process.The test of a waste liquid incinerator demonstration project in Shandong showed that the dust emission concentration at the outlet of the high-temperature dedusting and denitrification integrated device was 3.2 mg/m^(3),the NO_(x)emission concentration was 18 mg/m^(3),and the operating resistance was 1102 Pa,which could realize the ultra-high temperature reduction of soot and NO_(x).Low emission provided references for the research and development and application of ultra-low emission integrated with high temperature flue gas dust removal and denitrification.
