摘要
在海水淡化和废水处理项目中,由于工作介质的特殊性,设备通常采用衬胶工艺来满足很高的防腐性能要求。通过梳理项目现场反馈的典型衬胶质量问题,分析其原因,并提出了出厂检验、包装运输和现场安装环节的针对性质量控制措施,避免后续项目执行中出现类似的质量问题。
In seawater desalination and wastewater treatment projects,due to the particularity of the working medium,the equipment usually adopts the rubber lining process to meet the high anti-corrosion performance requirements.This article sorts out the typical rubber lining quality problems reported by the project site,analyzes the reasons,and proposes targeted quality control measures for factory inspection,packaging,transportation and on-site installation,so as to reduce similar quality problems in subsequent project implementation.
