摘要
某车型上市前,其左、右前支柱总成在路试时多次出现漏油现象,漏油产品批次不同,路试场地不同,路试类型不同,故障里程不同。本文将按照3824法对此问题从研发、制造、装配、设备等多个维度对支柱总成漏油现象进行分析,并制定出有效措施,以解决此漏油问题。
After launching of a car model, the left and right front pillar assemblies had multiple oil leaks during the road test. The oil leaked product batches were different, the road test site was different, the road test type was different, and the fault mileage was different. This article will analyze the oil leakage of the pillar assembly from multiple dimensions of R&D, manufacturing, assembly, equipment, etc. according to the 3824 law, and formulate effective measures to solve the oil leakage problem.
