摘要
针对东南轻工建材产业集聚区多源固废处置难题,推动固废跨产业、资源化梯级利用成为破题关键.其中,多源固废产排底数不清及共生利用的环境效益不明成为制约共生模式推广的重要桎梏.针对已有固废产量统计研究及各类共生模式的环境效益评估模型与方法进行综述,发现轻工建材多源固废存在严重的统计缺口;同时,通过总结现有固废统计分析及环境效益评估模型的适用情况,对后续多源固废综合利用研究方向及核心问题进行展望.
For southeast China, where light industry and building materials industry agglomerate, promoting the cross-industry and resource-based utilization of solid waste has become the key to solving the severe problem of multi-source solid waste disposal. Specifically, the innumerable multi-source solid waste production and discharge and the unclear environmental benefits of symbiotic utilization have become important shackles restricting the promotion of the symbiotic model. This paper summarizes the existing statistical research on solid waste production and the environmental benefit assessment models and methods of various symbiosis patterns. The results show that there are serious statistical gaps in the multi-source solid waste of light industry and building materials. By summarizing the application of existing solid waste statistical analysis and environmental benefit assessment models, the future research directions and core issues of multi-source solid waste comprehensive utilization are prospected.
