摘要
目的分析老年糖尿病肾病患者治疗中厄贝沙坦片的应用效果。方法本次研究对在南乐县人民医院接受治疗的老年糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,于2018年3月至2019年3月选取120例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组(各60例),其中60例采用缬沙坦胶囊治疗,作为对照组,60例采用厄贝沙坦片治疗,作为观察组,使用SPSS 20.0统计学软件比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者各项血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗后较治疗前明显下降,与对照组相比,观察组治疗后水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用厄贝沙坦片治疗老年糖尿病,可明显改善患者临床病症,调节血糖水平至正常范围内,促进肾功能正常运转。
Objective To analyze the effect of irbesartan tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods In this study,the clinical data of elderly diabetic nephropathy patients treated in Nanle County People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.A total of120 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups(60 cases in each group),of which 60 cases were treated with valsartan capsules,as the control group,60 cases were treated with irbesartan tablets,and as the observation group,SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,83.33%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in laboratory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all laboratory indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of irbesartan tablets in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate blood sugar levels within the normal range,and promote the normal functioning of renal function.
