摘要
金属轧制工艺的特点要求金属轧制油在退火后能完全分解或挥发,退火后表面不存在油斑等缺陷,即金属轧制油要有良好的退火洁净性。用热重分析仪模拟工业退火程序,分析铝箔轧制油和不锈钢轧制油加热状态下的挥发情况,通过实验建立了热重法分析金属轧制油退火洁净性的评价方法。结果显示:所选铝箔轧制油和不锈钢轧制油的结束挥发热解温度远低于铝箔和不锈钢轧制的退火温度,可满足铝箔和不锈钢轧制的安全生产要求,且有良好的退火洁净性。
The characteristics of metal rolling process require that the metal rolling oil can be completely decomposed or volatilized after annealing,and there are no defects such as oil spots on the surface after annealing,that is,the metal rolling oil should have good annealing cleanliness.In this paper,the volatilization of aluminum foil rolling oil and stainless steel rolling oil under heating was analyzed by using thermogravimetric analyzer to simulate industrial annealing program.An evaluation method for the annealing cleanliness of metal rolling oil by thermogravimetric method was established through experiments.The results showed that the end volatilization pyrolysis temperatures of the selected aluminum foil rolling oil and stainless steel rolling oil were much lower than the annealing temperature of aluminum foil and stainless steel rolling,meeting the safety production requirements of aluminum foil and stainless steel rolling,and having good annealing cleanliness.
