摘要
通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对贵州喀斯特山区进行调研分析,对小型自动捆绑式收割机设计研究,对部分农作物在机械采摘、机械捆绑、机械运输、机械收割方面“四位一体化”的模式对贵州省山区机械化结束进行分析,运用高速旋转叶刃实现快速采摘,采用自动捆绑装置实现自动捆绑,对整体结构进行模块化细分实现简单运输、快速组装,解决贵州喀斯特山区农业机械化发展的相关问题。
By means of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the karst mountainous areas in Guizhou,studies the design of small automatic binding harvesters,carries out agricultural mechanization in Guizhou in the"Four-in-one"mode of mechanical picking,mechanical binding,mechanical transportation and mechanical harvesting of some crops,and uses highspeed rotating blades to realize rapid picking,automatic binding device is adopted to realize automatic binding,modularized subdivision of the overall structure,simple transportation and rapid assembly,so as to solve the problems related to the development of agricultural mechanization in karst mountainous areas of Guizhou.
