摘要
目的 探究沈阳市大气主要污染物对居民慢性下呼吸道疾病死亡的影响。方法 收集2013~2017年沈阳居民慢性下呼吸道疾病死亡资料,2005~2017年沈阳市SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)资料,对沈阳大气主要污染物与居民慢性下呼吸道疾病年死亡率进行灰色关联分析。结果 2013~2017年沈阳市SO_(2)的[M(QR)]为54(85)μg/m^(3),NO_(2),PM_(10),PM_(2.5)的[M(QR)]依次为42(22)μg/m^(3),93(70)μg/m^(3),50(49)μg/m^(3);居民慢性下呼吸道疾病日均死亡2人,全年以1月和2月的死亡率相对较高,且与同期大气主要污染物(SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5))日均浓度存在正相关(均P<0.05)。灰色定量结果显示,SO_(2)致慢性下呼吸道疾病的潜伏期是5年,而NO_(2)与PM_(10)显示出对慢性下呼吸道疾病的潜伏期为<1年和6年。结论 沈阳市SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM10影响居民慢性下呼吸道疾病的流行。
Objective To explore the impact of major air pollutants on the death of residents with chronic lower respiratory diseases in Shenyang.Methods The death data of residents with chronic lower respiratory diseases in Shenyang from 2013 to 2017 were collected,and the data of SO_(2),NO_(2),PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)in Shenyang from 2005 to 2017 were collected.Results In 2013-2017,the[M (QR)]of SO_(2)was 54(85) μg/m^(3),the[M (QR)]of NO_(2),PM_(10) and PM_(2.5) were 42(22)μg/m^(3),93(70)μg/m^(3)and 50(49)μg/m^(3),respectively;the average daily death rate of residents with chronic lower respiratory diseases was 2,and the mortality rate in January and February was relatively high,and there was a positive correlation with the average daily concentrations of main atmospheric pollutants (SO_(2),NO_(2),PM_(10) and PM_(2.5)) in the same period (all P<0.05).Gray quantitative results showed that the incubation period of SO_(2) induced chronic lower respiratory disease was 5 years,while the incubation period of NO_(2) and PM10 for chronic lower respiratory disease was less than 1 year and 6 years.Conclusion SO_(2),NO_(2) and PM_(10) can affect the prevalence of chronic lower respiratory diseases.
