活性炭吸附技术在重点行业VOCs治理中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 挥发性有机物(VOCs)是形成细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))和臭氧(O_(3))的重要前体物,也影响着气候变化。工业生产运行中会排放含VOCs的废气,其治理要求逐渐趋严,虽然VOCs治理技术选择多,但各种技术的适用条件比较苛刻。当前,应基于原辅料消耗、生产工艺、废气源强等情况进行详细调查,选择适宜的治理技术。活性炭吸附是目前生产运行中使用广泛的VOCs治理技术之一,根据实际调研结果,活性炭吸附在重点行业VOCs治理中取得显著效果。竣工环境保护验收数据表明,该技术可使VOCs满足达标排放要求,但也存在一些问题,需要多方努力,提质增效。 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are important precursors for the formation of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))and ozone(O_(3)),and also affect climate change.Industrial production and operation will emit exhaust gas containing VOCs,and its governance requirements are gradually becoming stricter,although there are many options for VOCs treatment technologies,the applicable conditions of various technologies are relatively harsh.At present,a detailed investigation should be carried out based on the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,production processes,and the strength of waste gas sources,and appropriate treatment technologies should be selected.Activated carbon adsorption is one of the widely used VOCs treatment technologies in production and operation,according to actual survey results,activated carbon adsorption has achieved significant effects in the treatment of VOCs in key industries.Completion environmental protection acceptance data shows that this technology can enable VOCs to meet emission standards,but there are also some problems that require multiple efforts to improve quality and efficiency.
