赤铁矿型烧结矿中不同形态铁酸钙形成规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 铁酸钙是高碱度烧结矿的主要黏结相,其对改善烧结矿的质量起关键性作用。为了研究赤铁矿型烧结矿中不同形态铁酸钙的形成规律,本文以Fe_(2)O_(3)分析纯为烧结原料,在实验室运用偏光显微镜研究不同温度梯度下,铁酸钙的析晶规律。结果表明:固相反应阶段(室温~1 150℃),形成大量他形粒状铁酸钙;液相反应阶段(1 280~1 400℃),铁酸钙出现分解现象,以他形和细针状铁酸钙为主;冷凝固结阶段(1 280℃~室温),铁酸钙主要形成阶段,且以板柱状铁酸钙为主,还出现少量他形和柱状铁酸钙。运用电子探针设备,采用阴离子法对不同形态铁酸钙的化学式进行计算得出,针状铁酸钙、柱状铁酸钙、板柱状铁酸钙、他形铁酸钙的分子式分别为Ca_(4.34)Mg_(0.24)Si_(1.70)Al_(0.84)Fe_(7.03)O_(20)、Ca_(3.10)Mg_(0.32)Si_(1.27)Al_(1.10)Fe_(8.39)O_(20)、Ca_(3.01)Mg_(0.33)Si_(0.94)Al_(1.12)Fe_(8.70)O_(20)、Ca_(2.56)Mg_(0.36)Si_(0.66)Al_(1.23)Fe_(9.30)O_(20)。适当延长冷凝阶段的时间,可促进铁酸钙的形成,从而改善烧结矿的质量。 Calcium ferrite, as a main binder phase of high basicity sinter, plays a key role in improving the quality of sinter.In order to study the formation law of different forms of calcium ferrite in hematite-type sinter, Fe_(2)O_(3) analytical pure is used as the sintering raw material, and the crystallization law of calcium ferrite under different temperature gradients is studied in the laboratory by using polarized light microscope.The results show that a large amount of allomorphic granular calcium ferrite is formed in the solid-state reaction stage(room temperature~1 150 ℃);calcium ferrite decomposes, mainly in other shape and fine needle shape in the liquid phase reaction stage(1 280~1 400 ℃);the main formation stage of calcium ferrite is mainly plate-columnar calcium ferrite, and a small amount of other-shaped and columnar calcium ferrite are also present in the condensation consolidation stage(1 280 ℃~room temperature).The chemical formulas of different forms of calcium ferrite are calculated by using electron probe equipment and anion method.The molecular formulas of acicular calcium ferrite, columnar calcium ferrite, plate columnar calcium ferrite and other calcium ferrite respectively are Ca_(4.34)Mg_(0.24)Si_(1.70)Al_(0.84)Fe_(7.03)O_(20),Ca_(3.10)Mg_(0.32)Si_(1.27)Al_(1.10)Fe_(8.39)O_(20),Ca_(3.01)Mg_(0.33)Si_(0.94)Al_(1.12)Fe_(8.70)O_(20),and Ca_(2.56)Mg_(0.36)Si_(0.66)Al_(1.23)Fe_(9.30)O_(20).Properly prolonging the time of condensation stage can promote the formation of calcium ferrite and improve the quality of sinter.
