摘要
真丝织物无醛抗皱整理一直是人们研究的热点。文章用聚乙二醇(100)对柠檬酸进行改性,并与壳聚糖复配共同对真丝织物进行抗皱整理,讨论了改性整理剂聚乙二醇(100)柠檬酸酯、壳聚糖和添加剂浓度,以及焙烘温度、时间等工艺因素对真丝织物抗皱效果的影响。试验证明,最佳整理工艺条件为:聚乙二醇(100)柠檬酸酯质量分数7%,壳聚糖质量分数0.3%,混合催化剂质量分数4%,三乙醇胺质量分数2%,渗透剂JFC质量浓度2 g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间2 min。在此工艺条件下,聚乙二醇(100)柠檬酸酯-壳聚糖的协同整理效果明显优于柠檬酸,可替代2D树脂进行抗皱整理。
Formaldehyde-free anti-crease finishing of silk fabrics has been a research concern for a long time.In this paper,polyethylene glycol(100)was used to modify citric acid,and it was compounded with chitosan for anti-crease finishing of silk fabrics.The impact of modified finishing agents polyethylene glycol(100)citrate,chitosan and additive concentrations,and the technological factors such as temperature and time on the anti-crease effect of silk fabrics were discussed.As proved by tests,the optimal finishing condition is as follows:polyethylene glycol(100)citrate concentration of 7%,chitosan concentration of 0.3%,mixed catalyst concentration of 4%,triethanolamine concentration of 2%,penetrant JFC concentration of 2 g/L,at the temperature of 160℃,baking time of 2 minutes.Under this process condition,the synergistic finishing effect of polyethylene glycol(100)citrate-chitosan was significantly better than that of citric acid.Thus,it can be used as a substitute of 2 D resin for anti-crease finishing.
