摘要
目的研究针对性护理在宫颈癌放疗后出现的放射性肠炎中的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年6月至2020年3月于福建省肿瘤医院就诊的宫颈癌放疗后出现放射性肠炎的患者108例,将患者按照数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组实施针对性护理措施,比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状改善所需时间以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者总有效率达85.19%,高于对照组的62.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血便、皮肤和肠道反应等临床症状改善所需时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组满意度的90.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理能够有效治疗宫颈癌放疗后出现放射性肠炎,可以提高患者的生活质量和对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of targeted nursing in radiation enteritis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 108 patients with radiation enteritis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer in Fujian Cancer Hospital from June 2017 to March 2020 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number table method.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the observation group was given targeted nursing measures.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms improvement time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.19%,which was higher than 62.96%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as bloody stool,skin and intestinal reaction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively treat radiation enteritis after radiotherapy for cervical cancer,improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction with nursing work.
