摘要
目的:建立医院制剂大黄侧柏散的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药材进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱鉴别中可检出与大黄、黄柏对照药材色谱相同的斑点,专属性强,灵敏度高,阴性无干扰。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于大黄侧柏散的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality control standard for Rhubarb oriental arborvitae powder.Methods:The main chinese herbal medicines in Rhubarb oriental arborvitae powder was identified by TLC.Results:The active ingredients in Rhubarbtand Golden cypress of Rhubarb oriental arborvitae powder could be identified by TLC in the same side.Conclusion:The methods of TLC identification can be used effectively for the quality control of Rhubarb oriental arborvitae powder.
