摘要
农业技术推广是连接科学技术成果与农业生产之间的纽带,农业技术的普及推动着农业现代化发展。国家农业发展要取得突破性进展,基层农业水平的提升就显得尤为关键。通过深入基层展开相关调研,总结分析了基层农技推广体系建设取得的成效,并以呼图壁县农技推广服务中出现的问题为例进行思考,提出了相应的对策建议,即营造内生动力,提升农技人员业务水平;创新推广方式,巩固完善农技推广机制;优化管理体制,推进项目建设实施。
Agricultural technology popularization is the link between scientific and technological achievements and agricultural production.The popularization of agricultural technology promotes the development of agricultural modernization.In order to make a breakthrough in national agricultural development,the improvement of grass-roots agricultural level is particularly critical.Through in-depth investigation,the achievements of the construction of grass-roots agricultural technology promotion system were summarized and analyzed,and taking the problems existing in the agricultural technology promotion service in Hutubi county as thinking case,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from creating endogenous power,improving the professional level of agricultural technicians;innovating the promotion methods,consolidating and improving the agricultural technology promotion mechanism;optimizing the management system,and promoting the implementation of the project construction.
