摘要
农业科技服务对推动乡村振兴战略实施和实现农业高质量发展具有重要作用。基于上海市新型农业经营主体科技需求状况的调研数据,对经营主体的农业科技服务选择行为进行了分析。研究发现:当前新型农业经营主体对农业科技服务的需求普遍比较迫切,农业技术是否增产、是否节约劳动力、是否可靠以及技术采用的成本成为影响其农业技术采用行为的主要因素。资金缺乏、担心新技术的风险以及技术复杂不好掌握是制约经营主体新技术采用的主要因素。农业经营主体对农业技术的适用性和易掌握性较为看重,技术采用后配套的技术指导和培训服务也是经营主体采用新技术时比较关心的内容。农技推广人员是经营主体了解农业科技信息的主要方式,农技人员的现场指导被认为是最可靠的农业科技信息获取渠道。另外经营主体也迫切需要政府部门提供市场销售信息、病虫防治技术和农业政策传达等农业科技服务。最后,从健全农业科技服务的推广形式、加强农产品销售及相关政策支持、加大对农业科技服务的扶持力度、健全农业科技推广服务运行机制以及加强对农民的教育培训等方面提出了对策建议。
Agricultural technology services play an important role in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategies and achieving high-quality agricultural development.Based on survey data of technology needs of new agricultural business entities in Shanghai,choice behaviors of agricultural technology services of business entities are analyzed.It is found that the new agricultural business entities generally have urgent needs for agricultural technology services currently.Whether agricultural technology increases production,saves labor,is reliable,and the cost of technology adoption has become the main factors affecting their agricultural technology adoption behavior.Lack of funds,worries about the risks of new technologies,and poor control of the complexity of technologies are the main factors restricting the adoption of new technologies by business entities.The agricultural business entities attach great importance to the applicability and ease of mastery of agricultural technology,and the supporting technical guidance and training services after the technology is adopted are also the content that the business entities are more concerned about when adopting new technologies.Agricultural technology extension personnel are the main way for business entities to know agricultural technology information,and on-site guidance by agricultural technology personnel is considered the most reliable channel to obtain agricultural technology information.In addition,business entities urgently need government departments to provide agricultural technology services such as marketing information,pest control technology,and agricultural policy information.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from improving the promotion of agricultural technology services,strengthening agricultural product sales and related policy support,increasing support for agricultural technology services,improving the operation mechanism of agricultural technology extension services,and strengthening the education and training of f
