摘要
目的了解邹平市手足口病发病情况,掌握其流行特征及规律,为制定手足口病预防与控制策略与措施提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制中心"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"中报告的2013~2019年邹平市手足口病病例,用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果2013~2019年邹平市手足口病病例报告共6268例,年均发病率为124.31/10万,无死亡病例。病例主要集中在5岁以下(5662例、占93.38%);男性共计发病3784例,女性2481例,性别比为1.53∶1。发病大多数集中在城区及企业众多的镇(街道),散居儿童4651例、占74.24%。发病呈现明显的夏秋季高峰,病例集中在5~8月(5212例、占83.19%)。发生聚集性疫情27起,涉及76例病例,聚集场所以托幼机构和学校为主,其中民办机构占多数。病原学检测阳性检出率为59.45%,其中以其它肠道病毒为主,占44.64%。结论5岁以下儿童仍是手足口病防治工作的重点人群,托幼机构和学校是疫情聚集的重要场所。
Objective To understand the incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in Zouping city during 2013-2019,and master its epidemiological characteristics,so as to provide scientific evidence for developing the prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods The data of hand-foot-mouth disease cases from Disease Monitoring Information Report Management System constructed by Chinese center for disease control and prevention was analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method in Zouping city during 2009-2017.Results A total of 6268 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were reported in Zouping city during 2013-2019,the average annual incidence was 124.31/10~5,no death was reported.Cases concentrated in children aged under 5 years old(5662 cases,93.38%).There were 3784 male cases and 2481 female cases,with the sex ratio of 1.53:1.The majority of cases occurred in urban areas and towns(streets)with numerous enterprises;there were 4651 scattered children cases,accounted for 74.24%.The incidence showed a significantly summer and autumn peak,with the cases concentrated in May-August(5212 cases,83.19%).There were 27 outbreaks,including 76 cases,mainly occurred in childcare institutions and schools,especially the private institutions.The positive detection rate of pathogens was 59.45%,among which other enteroviruses were the main ones,accounting for 44.64%.Conclusion Children under 5 years old are still the main population in the prevention and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease,and nursery institutions and schools are important places where the epidemic situation gathers.
