摘要 中国在旱涝灾害防治与监测、水资源合理分配与保护方面,借助无人机低空平台,利用航空技术、网络信息技术、通信技术和3S技术优势,在水灾害防治、水资源监测、水污染突发事件应急处置等多方面开展探索性工作。无人机的使用改变了人类水利管理、防洪抢险、应急救援的模式,机载专业设备,实时传输实时图像,图像数据等信息,监控危险情况,无人机系统在水利主要用于快速反应、蓄滞洪区预警、防汛指挥调度、实时数据采集、河(湖)长制信息化管理等方面,全方位、立体地观察河道和堤防环境,为防汛调度和会议决策提供准确可靠的实时数据信息。 In the aspect of drought and flood prevention and control,monitoring and rational allocation and protection of water resources,China has carried out exploratory work in the prevention and control of water resources,monitoring and water pollution emergencies,etc.,with the help of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)low-altitude platform,the advantages of aviation technology network information technology,communication technology and 3S technology.The use of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)has changed the patterns of flood disaster emergency rescue management,the airborne equipment,real-time transmission in real time image,the image data and other information,monitor the dangerous situation.Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)used in water conservancy industry is mainly for rapid response,early warningfor flood storage and detention areas,and flood control and command scheduling,real-time data collection andthe information management of river(lake)head system etc.,omni-directional and three-dimensional observation of river course and dike environment,which will provide correct and dependable real-time data for flood control scheduling and conference decision-making.
