摘要
目的应用口腔颌面锥体束CT(CBCT)测量成人不同倾斜度的上中切牙唇腭侧牙槽骨厚度,探讨上中切牙倾斜度与其唇腭侧牙槽骨厚度的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于郑州大学第一附属医院口腔科进行治疗的60例患者,摄取颌面部CBCT,按上中切牙倾斜度分为舌向倾斜组、正常倾斜组和唇向倾斜组,每组20例(40颗牙齿)。分别比较3组在釉牙骨质界根方3、6、9 mm处的唇侧牙槽骨厚度(对应B1、B2、B3)、腭侧牙槽骨厚度(对应P1、P2、P3)和唇腭侧牙槽骨总厚度(对应T1、T2、T3)。比较3组骨开窗及骨开裂发生率。结果3组上中切牙牙槽骨厚度分别在B1、B2、B3水平处比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在P1、P2、T2水平处,唇向倾斜组牙槽骨厚度小于舌向倾斜组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.0167)。在P3、T3水平处,正常倾斜组和唇向倾斜组牙槽骨厚度均小于舌向倾斜组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.0167)。3组骨开窗发生率、骨开裂发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论不同倾斜度上中切牙在同一水平处腭侧牙槽骨厚度及唇腭侧牙槽骨总厚度不同。上中切牙倾斜度越大,其对应同一水平处的腭侧牙槽骨厚度及唇腭侧牙槽骨总厚度越薄。
Objective To investigate the alveolar bone thickness in adults of maxillary central incisors with different inclinations by cone-beam CT(CBCT)and explore the correlation between the inclination and the alveolar bone thickness of the central incisors.Methods CBCT imagines of sixty patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the inclination of maxillary central incisors,they were divided into lingual-inclined group,normal-inclined group and labial-inclined group,with 20 cases(40 teeth)in each group.The thickness of labial alveolar bone(corresponding to B1,B2,B3),palatal alveolar bone(corresponding to P1,P2,P3)and the total thickness of labial palatal alveolar bone(corresponding to T1,T2,T3)at 3,6,9 mm of the root from enamel cementum boundary towards root apex in the three groups were compared respectively.The incidences of alveolar fenestration and alveolar dehiscence among the three groups were compared.Results The alveolar bone thickness of maxillary central incisors among the three groups were compared at B1,B2 and B3 respectively,with no significant differences(all P>0.05).At the levels of P1、P2 and T2,the alveolar bone thickness in labial-inclined group was smaller than that in lingual-inclined group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.0167).At the levels of P3 and T3,the alveolar bone thickness in normal-inclined group and labial-inclined group was lower than that in lingual-inclined group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.0167).There were no significant differences on the incidences of alveolar fenestration and alveolar dehiscence among the three groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The palatal bone thickness and the total bone thickness of maxillary central incisors with different inclinations are different.When the inclination of maxillary central incisors is greater,the thickness of palatal alveolar bone and the total thickness of labial palatal alveolar bone corresponding to the same level are t
