摘要 为了有效利用油田的地热资源,实现油田地面常温集输,研究应用了复合隔热内衬油管技术,该技术是在D89 mm油管内衬一层隔热材料和防偏磨材料,达到降低井筒举升过程中的热能损失,提高井口温度的目的。在留北油田设计应用了17口井,井口温度平均提高12.8℃,对应的地面井组实现了常温集输进站,取消了原三管伴热工艺流程,年节约燃料油1672.31 t,降低了加热炉的燃料油消耗和污染排放。 In order to effectively use the geothermal resources of oilfield and realize oilfield normal temperature gathering and transportation,the composite insulation lining tubing technology is studied and applied.In D89 mm tubing,the technology uses insulation material and anti-eccentric material,which could reduce the heat loss in the process of well-hole lifting and increase the temperature wellhead.In Liubei Oilfield,17 wells are designed and applied with the technology,and their average wellhead temperature is increased by 12.8℃.The corresponding surface well group has realized normal temperature gathering and transportation and cancelled the original three-tube heat tracing process,thus saving fuel oil by 1672.31 tons annually and reducing the fuel oil consumption and pollution emission of heating furnace.
