摘要
目的研究妊娠期合并心血管疾病的妇科护理干预的临床效果。方法以就诊先后的顺序将2018年1月~2019年1月期间在我院进行治疗的100例妊娠期合并心血管疾病的孕妇均分成实验组和参照组,每组各50例。对实验组进行妇产科护理干预,对参照组则行基础护理干预,对两组患者的临床相关数据进行对比。结果实验组产妇的护理满意度显著高于参照组,同时其胎儿窘迫、宫缩乏力以及剖宫产的几率明显低于参照组,数据对比差异呈现为P<0.05。结论对妊娠期合并心血管疾病的孕妇,在治疗的过程中配合应用妇产科护理干预,能够改善孕妇的妊娠结局,同时还能够明显提高护理质量,促进护患关系。
Objective To study the clinical effects of gynecological nursing interventions with cardiovascular disease during Pregnancy.Methods 100 Pregnant women with cardiovascular disease who were treated in our hosPital from January 20 to January 2019 in the order of treatment were divided into exPerimental grouP and reference grouP,50 cases in each grouP.Obstetrics and gynaecology nursing intervention was Performed in the exPerimental grouP,and basic nursing intervention was Performed in the reference grouP,and clinical data of the two grouPs were comPared.RESULTS The satisfaction of nursing care in the exPerimental grouP was significantly higher than that in the reference grouP.The incidence of fetal distress,uterine atony,and cesarean section was significantly lower than that of the reference grouP.The difference in data was P<0.05.Conclusion For Pregnant women with cardiovascular disease during Pregnancy,the use of obstetrics and gynaecology nursing intervention in the treatment Process can imProve the Pregnancy outcome of Pregnant women,and can also significantly imProve the quality of care and Promote the relationshiP between nurses and Patients.
