摘要 框架结构设计是ROV潜器自主研制的关键环节之一.针对框架结构设计中的强度计算和钢材选型问题,用有限元方法建模,进行了计算、分析和讨论.介绍了3种ROV框架设计方案,分别建立三维有限元模型,并依据强度设计准则对各方案的结构进行校核.综合考虑重量和强度因素给出了较优设计方案,还对框架结构中的钢梁选型设计和尺寸设计进行了讨论.结果表明,ROV框架结构的钢梁建议选用方形空心型钢,且相对于方形空心型钢截面的壁厚而言,边长的变化对框架结构应力的影响较为显著. In the research and development of ROV,structural design of its frame is a key procedure.A FEA model is established for the calculation of strength and selection of types of steel.Three design solutions of ROV frame are introduced,and 3D Finite Element Model for each solution is built respectively.According to strength criterion,strength check for each solution is carried out,and a better solution is given with consideration of weight and strength.Type selection and size of the steel of the beam are investigated.Theresults show that square hollow section is recommended for the steel of ROV frame structure,and the change of side length has a significant effect on structural stress by comparison with the wall thickness of steel section.
