摘要
现阶段,我国的电力调度信息披露系统存在数据不完善、披露方式不规范等问题,这也为信息披露工作带来了极大挑战。根据以往实施经验,对调度信息披露范围和模式以及披露指标设计情况进行总结,并从系统的重新部署、系统技术更新、安全分区、系统防护四方面,论述了调度信息披露系统的具体实现方法。
In the process of building power dispatching information disclosure system in China, there are problems such as imperfect data and irregular disclosure methods, which also pose great challenges for information disclosure. Based on the previous implementation experiences, this paper summarizes the scope and mode of scheduling information disclosure and the design of disclosure indicators, and discusses the implementation method of scheduling information disclosure system from four aspects: system redeployment, system technology update, security partition and system protection.
