摘要
目的探讨住院病人对护理行为关怀性评价效果。方法选取300例住院患者进行调查分析,选择修正关怀行为评价量表,针对不同科室的住院患者,包括内科、外科、妇科等,观察不同护理行为对患者关怀性的影响,以期为患者提供更加全面的护理。结果关怀性较高的11项护理行为包括专业能力、态度谦和、重视程度高、尊重患者、应变能力强、全面护理能力合格、用药准时、熟练度高、健康宣教到位、情绪安抚方式合理、协助能力强;关怀性较低的5项护理行为包括房间整洁度、宣传安全知识、询问如何称呼患者、陪伴在患者床边、了解院外生活等类型;各项护理行为关怀性评价较为理想,其中,人道主义、利他主义价值观及信心树立评分相较于其他类型较高;P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床上针对住院患者关怀性护理的现状较为理想,可有效提升患者关怀度,优化临床护理质量,提供最大程度的关怀,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of inpatients on the evaluation of care behavior. Methods 300 hospitalized patients were selected for investigation and analysis, and the revised care behavior evaluation scale was selected. The hospitalized patients in different departments, including internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, were observed to observe the influence of different nursing behaviors on patients' care. Provide patients with more comprehensive care. Results 11 care behaviors with high care include professional ability, modest attitude, high degree of attention, respect for patients, strong resilience, qualified comprehensive nursing ability, punctual medication, high proficiency, healthy education, reasonable emotional comfort, and assistance. The five nursing activities include low room cleanliness, publicity safety knowledge, asking how to call the patient, accompanying the patient at the bedside, and understanding the life outside the hospital. The nursing care evaluation is ideal. The scores of humanitarian, altruistic values and confidence were higher than those of other types; P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical status of caring care for inpatients is ideal, which can effectively improve patient care, optimize clinical care quality, and provide maximum care, it is worth promoting.
