摘要
针对刮膜式薄膜蒸发器对处理高粘度物料存在的问题,对刮膜器进行螺旋式改造试验研究,试验结果证明了蒸发器经改进后物料流动加快,在蒸发器内停留时间缩短,避免了物料受热破坏和刮膜器被卡死等问题,且分离效果好。
To deal with the problems of the scraped film evaporator in pocessing the high viscosity material,the film evaporator has been improved in this paper. The result is that the spiral film evaporator has been adopted to axil shear the material in the inner wall of the evaporator. This improvement has been experimental verified. After improvement,the material flows fast and the staying time in the evaparator is shortened,so as to deal with the problems that the material is deatroyed because of hot and the evaporator get stuck,etc.. Furthermore,after improvment,the separation effect is better.
