农机部件加工模型误差补偿技术的研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着近年来科学技术的不断进步与发展,机械化设备对零部件要求越来越高,仅仅是依靠优化生产环境、强化数控机床刚度和提高装配精度等方法,已经无法满足企业对零部件精度的要求。几何误差补偿技术不需要对机床进行改造,就能大幅度地提高机床生产零部件的精度,近年来成为提高加工机床制作精度的主流方法。为此,根据几何误差相邻体间位置关系和误差分析方法,设计研究了一种加工模型误差软件测量和补偿系统。该系统能够准确对机床定位和方向间隙误差进行补偿,大大提高农机零部件加工机床的定位与运动精度,可大幅度提高加工质量。 With the continuous development of science and technology in recent years,parts of mechanical equipment have become increasingly demanding,which is not only to optimize the production environment and strengthen the NC machine tool rigidity,but also to improve assembly accuracy and other methods rely on that unable to meet the business requirements for precision parts. Geometric error compensation technology does not need to transform the machine tool,which can greatly improve the accuracy of machine tool parts. In recent years,it has become the main method to improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool. Based on the relationship between geometric errors and the method of error analysis,it designed a software model for measuring and compensating the error of machining model. The system can correct the position error of the machine tool and the direction clearance error,and improve the positioning and movement precision of the machine tool.
