摘要
硬币筛分机的设计包括结构与控制程序设计两部分,结构设计主要有出币装置和分类滑轨,利用不同面额硬币的尺寸差异来实现硬币的分类和整理工作;控制程序设计是实现硬币的计数和显示以及电动滑台的运动控制,应用单片机做主控单元。本装置能快速、高效、准确的对人民币第5版各种硬币进行分类、清点、整理工作,结构简单,制作成本低,可推广使用。
Coin sieving machine was introduced ~om two aspects such as a structural design and a control program design.Specifically,the structural design includings a coin roll out device and a classification slide rail,the classification slide rail was used toimplementcoin sorting and collation by size differences of the different denominations of coins. On the other hand,the control program design is to realize the coin counting and display as well as electric sliding motion control,using microcontrollers as the most important control components. Not only the device can be quickly,efficiendy and accurately on the 5th Edition of the Yuan coin sorting,counting,sorting,but has simple structure,low cost and be used widely.
