摘要
文章对电力试验现场作业的全过程管控与管理进行了详细地阐述,规范传统的思想和方法,使员工掌握试验工作流程和工作实施的程序和标准,实现现场安全的可控、在控,不断提高现场作业的安全水平和工作质量,对保障企业安全发展、科学发展具有重要意义。
In this paper,the whole process control and management of power test site operation are described in detail.Standardizing the traditional ideas and methods could make the staff grasp the procedures and standards of the test workflow and work implementation,and realize the control of site safety and continuously improve the safety level and work quality of the field operation,which is of great significance for the safety development and scientific development of enterprises.
