中医大学生叙事医学认知现状调查研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了解中医大学生对叙事医学的认知现状、叙事医学能力培养前景与途径的看法,对北京中医药大学中医临床方向学生进行全样本量问卷调查。结果显示,中医学生对叙事医学有自发应用,但缺乏理论知识,且认知情况与年级、学制、实习经历呈正相关。叙事能力的培养应紧密联系临床实践,通过增加疾病叙事文本阅读、反思性病历书写,突出中医学习的实践感悟特性,有针对性地开设文化专题讲座,丰富阅历,产生共情意识,提高叙事能力。 In order to understand the current cognitive status of narrative medicine in college students of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and their opinions on the prospect and approach of cultivation of medical narrative ability, all the students of clinic TCM from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were investigated with selbdesigned questionnaire. The results showed that Chinese medicine students had spontaneous applied narrative medicine, but were lack of theoretical knowledge, whose cognitive status was positive correlation with their grades, program durations and internship experiences. Therefore, the cultivation of narrative ability should be closely linked with clinical practice. By increasing the reading of medical narrative text, the reflective writing of medical records, we can highlight the practical perception as the characteristics of Chinese medicine learning experience and generate empathy consciousness, Meanwhile, lectures specialized on cultures should be held to enrich as well as improving the narrative ability.
