Design of A New Conditioning Circuit of Resistance Measurement

摘要 调理电路的优劣直接影响到被测信号的测量精度。为了准确测得导弹弹射试验中某些点间的电阻值,设计了一种基于光电隔离技术的调理电路。该电路以高精度线性光电耦合器HCNR201和运算放大器AD824为核心,待测电阻信号实现光电隔离后进入数据采集装置。通过试验数据分析表明:该调理电路测量电阻线性度好、精度高,稳定性强。 Merits and shortcomings of the conditioning circuit directly affect the accuracy of the measured sig- nals. In order to accurately measure the resistance between some points in the experiment of missile launch,we have designed a conditioning circuit based on photoelectric isolation technique. Core of the circuit are high pre- cision linear photoelectric coupler HCNR201 and operational amplifier AD824, the measured resistance signal goes through the photoelectric isolation and then enters into data acquisition device. Analysis of testing data shows that the conditioning circuit of measuring resistance has the feature of good linearity, high accuracy and strong stability.
