摘要
海归人才因其特殊的人力资本以及社会资本,已成为推动我国自主创新、促进创新创业的重要力量。文章以深市77家医药制造企业为样本,应用模糊集的定性比较分析方法(fs QCA)探讨了海归企业的国内外社会网络与海归企业创新绩效之间的关系。研究发现:大型海归企业若想以相对较低的研发投入取得高创新绩效,应构建丰富的国外社会网络,同时,应与国内社会网络保持适度的联系;若大型海归企业的国内社会网络较为丰富,则需有较高的研发投入才能取得较高的创新绩效。研究结果进一步理清了二元社会网络与海归企业创新绩效的关系,为相关政策制定提供了理论支撑。
Returnee talent has become an important force in driving independent innovation and promoting entrepreneurial innovation because of its special human capital and social capital. Taking 77 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange （SZSE） as samples, this paper applies a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method （fsQCA） to explore the relationship between returnee enterprises ambidextrous networks and innovation performance. The results show that large returnee enterprises, which wish to obtain high innovation performance by low R＆D input, should build rich overseas social networks and maintain a moderate relationship with domestic social networks. If large returnee enterprises have rich connections with domestic social networks, they require higher R＆D investment to achieve higher innovation performance. The research results further clarify tile relationship between ambidextrous networks and innovation performance of returnee enterprises, and providea theoretical support for formulating related policies.
