摘要
对农村义务教育学校布局调整所衍生的富余教师的安置,形成了最初的幼儿园转岗教师群体。《教育规划纲要》颁行以来,学前教育事业步入跨越式发展阶段,学前教育资源扩张同时,农村幼教师资匮乏困境加剧,大量中小学教师转岗而因此进入幼儿园,转岗教师规模得到迅速扩大,也使其构成发生了重要变化。厘清其产生、发展、演变的脉络,是研究幼儿园转岗教师、加强农村学前教育师资队伍建设的基础。
The surplus teachers left the restructuring the villiage schools are the main source of Job - transfering Kindergarten teachers. After the introduction of Education Planning Outline, the preschool education has witnessed rapid development, the introduction of surplus middle school and primary school teachers in the villages has expanded the kindergarten teachers＇ team. The analysis of the process, development can provide reference to its team construction.
